Dear Members and Fellow Columbans,
Notice is hereby given for the next Annual General Meeting of the OLD COLUMBANS ASSOCIATION (OCA) to be held on Thursday, October 17th, 2024 at 10.30 a.m. in the Middle School auditorium at St. Columba’s School, Ashok Place, New Delhi 110 001.
The Quorum of the meeting is 50 members to be present in person. In case of insufficient quorum the meeting will automatically stand adjourned to 11.30 am. As per bye laws the number of members present then will form a quorum and further adjournment would not be required.
The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:
- To read and pass the minutes of the last AGM held on 23rd April, 2023.
- Presentation of accounts for the Financial Year 2023-24.
- Appointment of auditor(s) and fixing their remuneration for the year 2024-25.
- Any other matter with the permission of the chair.
The meeting would be followed by refreshments in the Middle School Canteen.
